You can sign up with Redpen using your Microsoft account. Use your personal @outlook.com or @hotmail.com email address to sign up.

What if you want to sign up with your company’s Microsoft 365 account with a personalized email domain?
In order to sign up with the Redpen app with your company’s email domain, the Redpen application must have been granted organization-wide admin consent.
The below screenshot shows what a user will see when he/she tries to sign up for Redpen with the company’s Microsoft 365 account but without having admin consent to the Redpen application:

Grant admin consent to Redpen application
There 2 ways to grant admin consent:
- While signing up for Redpen
- From Azure Active Directory admin center
1. Grant admin consent while signing up for Redpen
Step 1: Click on the “Continue with Microsoft” button from the Redpen sign-up screen
Admin sees the following screen at the time of signing up to Redpen.

Step 2: Grant admin consent on behalf of the organization
Check the “Consent on behalf of your organization” checkbox and click on the “Accept” button to grant the admin consent.

Step 3: Now the Redpen application has the content so organization users can sign up with their company’s email.
2. From Azure Active Directory admin center
Step 1: Go to Azure Active Directory admin center
Note: Admin should first sign up with Redpen using Microsoft 365 account to see the Redpen app under Enterprise applications in Azure Active Directory admin center.
Step 2: Click on Enterprise Applications from the left navigation

Step 3: Search “Redpen” and then click on the Redpen application to open the application details

Step 4: Click on the Permissions

Step 5: Click the “Grant admin consent for <organization name>” button

Step 6: Click on the “Accept” button from the Permission requested dialog.
